Multiple Deadly Attacks Across Gaza

Israeli military operations intensified overnight, resulting in at least 14 deaths across Gaza, according to hospital sources.

In northern Gaza’s as-Saftawi area, an airstrike on the Osama bin Zaid School, a shelter for displaced Palestinians, killed eight people, including two children and a woman.

In southern Gaza, an attack on tents in al-Mawasi, west of Khan Younis, claimed four lives, with Nasser Hospital confirming the casualties.

Another strike on a school northwest of Gaza City killed two and injured others, while shelling in Jabalia al-Balad wounded eight.

Central Gaza Faces Evacuation Orders

The Israeli army threatened to attack and issued a mandatory evacuation order for central Gaza residents, targeting towns like Nuseirat, Al-Zahra, and Al-Mughraqa.

Army spokesperson Avichay Adraee labeled these areas “dangerous conflict zones,” ordering relocation to al-Mawasi in the south, which he claims a "safe" zone.

The order, accompanied by a map marking evacuation areas, follows a pattern of forced displacement since October 7, 2023, affecting over 90% of Gaza’s 2.3 million residents, many displaced multiple times.

Continued Violence Targets Civilians

Israeli forces also fired on aid seekers near the Netzarim distribution center in central Gaza, wounding at least 10, according to al-Awda Hospital.

The assault on al-Mawasi included a tent housing the Abu Taima family, highlighting the targeting of civilian shelters.

These attacks, part of a broader military campaign, have drawn criticism for their impact on displaced populations seeking refuge in schools and tents across the enclave.
