Widespread Raids Target Multiple West Bank Cities

On Thursday, Israeli forces conducted extensive military raids across the occupied West Bank, targeting cities such as Nablus, Qalqilya, Tubas, Hebron, Jenin, Bethlehem, and Ramallah.

Over 50 Palestinians, including children, activists, and former prisoners, were detained, according to the Palestinian Prisoners’ Media Office (ASRA).

The operations involved searches of homes and educational institutions, intensifying the ongoing conflict in the region alongside Israel’s genocide in Gaza.

Jenin Displaced Face Brief, Restricted Home Access

In Jenin, relentless Israeli attacks have devastated the refugee camp, displacing many residents.

Some Palestinian women were permitted to return briefly to the al-Hawashin neighbourhood, given just 40 minutes to collect belongings.

Damaged roads and infrastructure made the task challenging, amid ongoing house demolitions that have drawn international condemnation.

Settler Attacks and Military Support Heighten Conflict

Israeli settlers, often protected by the military, have escalated violent raids on Palestinian towns, burning property and intimidating residents.

In Hebron, Israeli forces facilitated the delivery of mobile housing units to Tel Rumeida, a move activists called unprecedented.

A separate stabbing attack near Gush Etzion Junction left an Israeli critically wounded, with two Palestinian suspects killed, underscoring the region’s volatility.
