New Murabba, a company under Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund (PIF), has hosted a series of high-profile visits by global infrastructure and design executives, underlining the Kingdom’s push to translate its most ambitious urban visions into delivery.

Executives from AECOM, Jacobs, Parsons and Falcon’s Creative Group visited New Murabba’s Riyadh headquarters to review progress and align priorities ahead of 2026. The visits come as the development accelerates work on its flagship project, The Mukaab, a vast mixed-use structure positioned as the centrepiece of the New Murabba district.

The engagements highlighted the increasingly international architecture of Saudi Arabia’s megaproject ecosystem. Falcon’s Creative Group is leading the development of immersive destination experiences within The Mukaab, while a joint venture between AECOM and Jacobs is advancing the project’s design strategy. Parsons’ recent appointment as Infrastructure Lead Design Consultant for Phase 1 signals a shift from conceptual planning to large-scale execution.

Taken together, the visits reflect New Murabba’s broader strategy: anchoring domestic development in long-term partnerships with global firms capable of operating at scale. As Saudi Arabia channels public capital into transformative urban projects under Vision 2030, New Murabba is emerging as a test case for how quickly ambition can be converted into operational reality.
